Two shite matches altogether. Both sides will do well to make their quarter final defeats look battling.

I think Kerry will beat Monaghan very comfortably. Fermanagh and Kildare could go either way - I'm tipping the latter to just sneak it.

Quarter final draw:
Cork v Kildare
Dublin v Tyrone
Armagh v Wexford
Galway v Kerry
I think what this weekend has proved is that the Ulster Championship is a load of crap. Dublin are the only team there that I can safely say will go through.

Certainly this year is showing that the Ulster Championship is nothing special. I would think Cork and Armagh will be happy with their draws. Hopefully Dublin can build on their Leinster Final form. I think that game and the Galway Kerry game could be very exciting and tight affairs.

Well Armagh didn't exactly run away with what was a brutal Ulster Championship, so Wexford, a side that beat Down more convincingly than Armagh did, will fancy their chances.
A few weeks ago Kildare destroyed a Limerick side that Cork struggled to beat in the Munster semi finals. And they impressed me in the way they beat Fermanagh this afternoon. Another one where both sides will fancy their chances. Kildare could suffer from tiredness, though, in the latter stages of the match.
Galway against Kerry could go either way. Galway were brutal against Leitrim earlier in the summer but had spells in the Connacht final against Mayo where they looked really impressive. Kerry on the other hand look very beatable. Could go either way.
Tyrone looked very poor against Mayo, really, whereas Dublin looked really good against a Wexford that beat a Down side easily that Tyrone lost to in the Ulster quarter finals. Fancy Dublin to win comfortably.
Will be interesting to see which one of the four quarter finals will not be played at Croke Park next weekend. The Cork-Kildare match is down to be part of a double header with the Cork-Kilkenny Hurling semi final on the Sunday, I think, and Dublin are down to play on the Saturday as part of another double header. Wouldn't surprise me to see Galway and Kerry play in Thurles.

The GAA come to their senses.
The draw for the All-Ireland SFC quarter-finals has been made. Dublin will face Tyrone, while Kerry take on Galway.
Last year's beaten finalists Cork will face Kildare, while Ulster champions Armagh will meet Wexford.
The GAA have moved quickly to announce the dates and times for the games, with all four ties taking place at Croke Park.
Galway and Kerry will top the bill in a double-header next Saturday, with Armagh and Wexford on the undercard.
Cork will face Kildare at 2pm next Sunday, prior to the All-Ireland SHC semi-final between the Rebels and Kilkenny.
And Dublin fans will be happy themsleves and Tyrone will lock horns at Headquarters on Saturday week, with throw-in fixed for 4pm.
There had been fears in the capital that they would be put in a double-header, which would have resulted in a mad scramble for tickets.
All-Ireland SFC quarter-final draw:
Saturday, 9 August
Armagh -v- Wexford, 2.00pm
Galway -v- Kerry, 4.00pm
Sunday, 10 August
Cork -v- Kildare, 2.00pm
(Kilkenny -v- Cork, 4.00pm)
Saturday, 16 August
Dublin -v- Tyrone, 4.00pm
The attendance on Saturday won't be too clever, but there should be a huge attendance on the Sunday and the Dublin match will sell out easily.

Couple of awesome matches this afternoon.
Wexford proved that the Ulster Championship is horse shite and Kerry proved that they can raise it when they have to.
Dublin-Kerry final is all I can see, to be honest.
