Great performance from the Eagles. They could be the surprise package in the NFC.
Watching the 49ers now. Not much between them and the Cards, 10-10 at half time. 2 pretty average teams unfortunately. Hopefully Gore can keep up the good start he's made to the game.

So Tom Brady and Shawn Merriman are out the entire year. The Colts, Chargers, and Jaguars lost, the Patriots just held on, and Vince Young maybe/possibly thought about killing himself.
How is this weekend going to match that soap opera...?
And San Diego State almost beat Notre Dame.....  So close...

Ohio State is gonna take a beating at USC. Notre Dame is going to get killed by Michigan (they both suck though). Wisconsin beats Fresno. Tech moves to 3-0 with a 50+ point defeat of SMU.
All the predictions that matter.

2 out of 3 is decent. Spot on with USC and Wisconsin but Notre Dame thumps Michigan not the other way round.

Considering what a complete and utter disaster the Denver fiasco was in the opening week credit the Raiders for a very good defensive performance to beat Kansas City and running right through and over them on the ground. Raiders will be improved this year but I said it before and I will say it again Al Davis is to blame for all that is wrong with the Raiders. He needs to look himself in the mirror and recognize his time is long since over and fire himself. Al please put your ego away step down and let a real coach and general manager come in and turn this team around.
Apart from the total joke that is the wide receivers the Raiders actually have a lot of quality young players in all the other key positions.
