was looking dodgy for a bit in the 4th quarter, especially when they started to mention shaun taylor. divine intervention on that kick-off??

Ya, it was tense stuff there for a while, but they pulled through and now it's off to Green Bay. I'll be happy with whatever the out come is in that game cause I like the Hawkes but also have a soft spot for Farve.

Liked the look of the Giants last night once they got going. Chargers took their time to get into the game and was pretty disappointed with them & LT.

I could watch 3 games this weekend and they were unbelievably exciting.

Only caught the highlights of the packers game, but bloody hell, check out the pitch in the 1st and in the 4th quarter...haha

Jacksonville played very well against the pats and a surprise was in the air until the last quarter. the jags defense became more and more tired. garrard had an amazing game, but his teammates failed to catch a few (good) passes just in front of the endzone! if you don't score them, you'll get them, especially against a tom brady on (perfect) form.

Colts vs chargers, didn't really expect that. it was an open game and very interesting. everything could have happened in the last 2 mins with Manning (3TD, 2 INT, 402 Y) on the ball, but they failed to score. one single td and the colts would have won it.

last but not least the cowboys blew it again. eli manning has become better and better, so has the team and tony romo continued his (negative) streak. as before, a touchdown in the last minute would have turned the match around again, but romo never really looked capable of being able to do so. lol at his outburst towards the ref nearly at the end

Next weekend:

NE vs San Diego
Green Day vs NY jets

I really like what NY are doing right now, think I may place an outside bet on them.. Their running game is terrific with Barber & Bradshaw whilst Toomer & Burress are getting it done aswell.

I think it depends on Manning. if he keeps improving and continuing his form, everything is possible. didn't really follow him during the regular season, but isn't he known for his inconstancy?

anyway it takes a perfect game to beat the pats and I don't really mind anyone winning the super bowl apart from the pats this year.

Huge play end of 2nd quarter for Manning. having watched Dallas drive for 10 minutes to go 14-7 up with only 50 odd seconds left in the half, up they go for a TD of their own.

Brilliant Eli, stupid Dallas pens, but fantastic protection of the QB and into the locker room on a real high.

The Pack and NYG will be some game next week, hope the weather dont spoil it, as it has the potential to be a classic, Favre's Packers down 3 with 43 seconds to go in the game 4th and 10 on their own 32, wouldn't bet against it.

Ya Manning can be inconsistent but when he's on he's on. I still want the Pats to win the Superbowl, but am pretty excited about the NFC championship game this weekend.
