Limerick v Dublin

Quite a contrast for Dublin today after playing under lights in front of 80,000 on the big stage at Croke Park to an away game on a Saturday afternoon down by the shannon against Limerick. Not a good performance although I guess after losing to a last minute point last weekend at least we managed to get the win with a last minute point ourselves this week. 0-14 to 1-10 for Dublin.

Usual story mate, dodgy defence midfield getting bossed around(no Whealo)and at least 2 forwards who are not inter-county standard. Cluxton made 2 great saves as well to keep us in it.
Gonna be a long summer i fear

Dunno man Tyrone were w/out O'Neil and had McMenamin sent off and we had a double scores lead and still lost.I don't think Caffrey is the guy to take us on, he took Magee off in that game when he was owning the midfield ,Tyrone dominated after that

I don't get to see as much Dublin action here as I would like but through Satanta I can keep up with things and it seems like Caffrey has been blooding a few new players and maybe experimenting a bit. Which is really what the league is all about. But your right at the end of the day losing at home to Tyrone after dominating the first half and then barely getting a win in Limerick is hardly inspiring stuff.

Never mind those new Dublin home jersey's. Jeez what is that all about. Liked the ones from the last few seasons and bought one myself but no way I am getting that new one.
