yes i used 2 mate ..become quite lazy lately since i fractured my ankle last year playing football..
i waz in boxing for a bit and also ti-che(can't remember the proper name  ) it waz a korean martial-arts with the emphasis on animal stances i.e tiger..bird..chimp etc.
it waz hard as fuck..
one stance in particular waz a killer..the teacher would tell us 2 get in a squat position and walk like that for over 20 min..and that waz first day i waz nearly crying with the pain lol  ..
his view waz if ur able 2 stand ur able 2 continue..
i couldnt walk for a week
what disipline do u study mate? there are soooo many
my sister is a black belt in some thai kick-boxing variation..she done it while in austrailia

lol that's true greendave, most of the pro bodyguards have learnt krav maga, even a few doormen as well I spose.
haha renegade, that's exactly my music and my style. shame I have way too much patience and my diplomatic skills are way too good, have never had a serious fight yet.

Them deep squats Bobo give you sore balls for a week.. 
The pain is fucken excruciating.. 
I've done a wee bit of Wing Chun...

i waz always a good sprinter but them squats use different muscles and never felt pain like it
keep them squats up for a few months and ud have THUNDER THIGHS like mark hughes in no time ..
cracking open a few beers is more fun
