Really annoying, disturbing game but once in a while you hit a beezer of a shot which makes you think your Tiger Woods but its defintely the hardest sport I have played

It is ludicrous to suggest that golf is the hardest game in the world. Bare knuckle boxing - now that's hard.

Diffrent definitions of Hard too much to handle

I tried this game a few years ago and used to enjoy the game but its fustrating cause you can hit the ball perfect one shot and the next its out of bounds ...........i do play from time to time still but nowhere near as much as i used to do

I am not a golfer. I have only played a few times. It is not an easy game. I guess as you practice you learn to relax and "feel" your shots.

Alligator Wrestling is pretty hard too.

I think you have to just get use to playing golf it's not like football where you can just hit the ball into the net you have to get use to it but football is harder to get good at if you know what I mean.

The hardest sport to learn is probably tennis or badminton but other people can say no it's not but it's really different for everyone sometimes your just born to play it.

In terms of skill, technique, fittness, concentration etc...I tink that Tennis is the hardest sport.
Some guys like John Daly (I love him, he's as mad as a bag of cats) just don't give a fuck about practice, eating right, excercising, sleeping etc...but can still go out & win a competition - so Golf ain't really the hardest sport, well not if yer John Daly anyway.
Also the improvement in equipment & technology has really made golf much easier for guys like us to get round a course half decently.

John Daly is a fucking riot, I followed him once at the open, all the other guys are clean shaven & pretty posh really - big cigars etc... but Daly has the arse of his tshirt hanging out & a fag out of the corner of his mouth just before he takes a shot...then BOOM. On his day he'll beat anyone, then go to the pub (or Casino) with ordinary blokes, none of yer exclusive body guarded places for him...A total legend!

Daly is fav golfer ever also...he adds a bit of charector 2 the sport like mcenroe in tennis and higgins in snooker before him..
golfers in general are boring shits..almost mechanical in their lifestyle and the level of concentation it takes for them 2 play 2 a consistant high standard is incredible..
allmost makes u wonder whether they ACTUALLY ENJOY the game anymore practising soooooooooo much
