As much as i love the big man, it is quite obvious he can not handle the pressure. We have to get a wnner in as soon as we can.

TM's quote ' Judge me at the end of the season ' We will Tony, and i hope your man enough to stand by your quote. The league is the holy grail in Scotland in terms of real finance and it's well documented the very poor financial condition that the teddy bears are in, so losing this campaign would probably have brought them to their knees. What a dream. Back to TM, I dont think he is the man for the job it's just to big for him, we need experience i say bring in somebody proven in management with a succssful record .Rant over Hail Hail

This has been a bad season but we've got rid of the dead wood like McManus, Caldwell, Flood, Killen and McDonald (before anyone goes on about him he's slow, VERY poor football brain and has a terrible first touch). We brought 5 players in in Jan and it was always gonnae take a wee bit of time for them to settle.

We've now only conceded one goal in the last 5. We've started beating teams convincingly, yesterday was a stroll in the park.

We've been without Shaun Maloney all season, Marc Antoine Fortune has been out injured alot. We've got 3 centre halves injured (thats very rare).

As for people saying he's not a winner and cant motivate the players. Did you hear Robbie Keane after the Kilmarnock match?

as i,ve said before the board are at fault eg last season "Fletcher" should have been purchased as well as a good left back; furthermore a quality midfielder would have pushed us over the winning line: This season would have been straightforward with the deadwood mentioned being replaced when a good replacement was found. To me as an old timer it all smacks of the old penny pinching again. The allow a good foundation to crumble and it takes a few years to get back the momentum thus allowing the other lot to regroup: same old same old!!!

Catalpa, paddyjohn, Aldo, welcome to the site.

Personally, I disagree with the negative comments about Mowbray. He has only really had his own players in since the end of the January window, and even in the seven weeks since then, there are already strong signs that things are improving. As Hammy points out, we've shipped only one goal in our last five games, and we're scoring regularly. If we can keep this up, it would be crazy to replace him.
