Hi from Australia

Hey I guess ive been on this forum for quite some time now but I havent posted yet. Like everyone on this forum, I love Celtic and am over the moon about the third title win. I hope Gordon now makes it 4 then 5 then 6 etc etc etc in a row.

Ive never been to Glasgow or ever seen Celtic play but I am saving up as one thing I want to do before I die is see Celtic vs the Huns which I understand is going to be quite an expensive trip for me, but worth every cent in my opinion

In Australia I support the Central Coast Mariners as it is my home team and all in all have had a good footballing year in that both my major teams have won their leagues (though a bit ticked that they havent won their cups) but theres always next season.

Outside football i like activities such as surfing and motor racing especially F1, I am currently a university student studying chemical engineering and I hope that this degree can get me a job that takes me around the world, hopefully even to Parkhead on my time off

So about who and what I like and dont like when it comes to football:

Fav Celtic Players: Artur Boruc, Scott McDonald, Aiden McGeady

Fav Mariners Players: Mile Jedinak, Danny Vukovic, Dean Heffernan

Fav Celtic Chant: Fields of Athenry

Most Hated Teams: The Huns (duh), Arsenal FC, Newcastle Jets (CCM main rivals in Aus)

Most Hated Players: Barry Ferguson (Huns), Joel Griffiths (Newcastle Jets), James Holland (Newcastle Jets), John Aloisi (Sydney FC)

Best Footballing moments in recent History
Australia vs Uruguay WC qualifier 2nd leg in Sydney penalty shoot out
Central Coast Mariners vs Newcastle Jets Major Semi Final, 2nd leg mariners come from a 2-0 deficit to win 3-0 in extra time
Last Thursday: Jan Vennegoooooooooooooooooooooor of Hesseliiiiiiiiiink gift raps the SPL title.

Welcome to paradise mate, a local Gosford bhoy are you, I lived in Sydney for 6 years, now back in Glasgow, watched the Mariners a few times, just to growl at that dirty hun Ian Ferguson, is he still there? nearly took a job in Gosford Hospital a few years back, nice little place Gosford, anyway all the best.

Yeah I love Gosford lived there for nearly my entire life and if there wasnt a lack of quality job opportunities for me id never leave. As for Ferguson, i knew someone would bring him up as soon as i mentioned mariners lol you lot should be happy that he is far away from you as possible. he retired from playing a few years ago and he is now the assistant coach i personally dont like him but he hasnt been doing a bad job and has been linked to managing jobs elsewhere in australia as well as in Dunfermline when they were looking but i for one wouldnt want to see him as mariners head coach but im sure most of the mariners fan base would disagree with me.
