Greetings from the Puget Sound
[although from this vantage point, it is all Mt. Rainier and no ocean]
Hi, am living in the Pacific Northwest of Yankland, and have been following Celtic football since your visit to the States last year. Finally decided to join up with "talkceltic" after enjoying eavesdropping on the banter the last 13 months. I am more friendly observer than fan [I hope you don't mind] but don't worry: I'm definitely NOT friendly towards a certain other club  .
A save football posts for where they properly belong, but will say that am curious to see how a much more settled Celtic club [than was last year at this stage] will handle the friendly against the MLS "all stars".

Well celtic preformance depends on weather or not Strachan plays the right team this year but strachan will want drag in more celtic fans increase our fanbase so after last years poor preformances he will want to prove a point hopefully.

i think we are in far better shape than we were this time last year
and i thought we scored some nice goals today so im confident
we will beat the mls side.GS will put out his strongest team i would imagine after last years poor showing

Thanks all for your kind replies. Looking forward to tonight, and then to a blistering fine season from Celtic in SPL and Champion's League
I saw how you crushed QPR.... impressive! Let's just say that we of MLS hope to make it a more competitive match than that.
