I like it m8 .. although said already maybe a bit too much of a white area around the render
BDC .. I think text is ok and personally cant see how you can say b/g boring .. tbh it has less black on the sides than your present one and the style matches many already used on site
For this style he is up there with the rest of you ... good go JackCfc

There is some depth there.. maybe not alot but some
Text to me is passable for the quality of the sig .. maybe if you could give him some advisories instead of just saying text is bad might help him improve
