dvd re-authoring

ok guy's iv got a box set of 3 disc's the size is 700mb x 8 files...

now i have dvd shrink for back-ups, and i have read that you can use it to bang all these together on one dvd-r, i know the quality will be reduced, but is it possible? any tips/guides?
