Aye sometime's you need to create a room and invite your mate's then you can search a specific game mode for you to play in, or in fifas case all you need to do is pm him/her what lobby to go to,most game's make it really easy to either invite your mate's or to join in a game there already in....although if you happen to be playing battlefield bad comany, that game is a pain in the a33 cuz it's limited to 4 man squad's.
