It isn't compatible with 8.02. Either this, or that patch.

You can, but when you start a new game, you'll have to choose between databases. The bugs that 8.02. fixes will be there in the J-League patch. You'll have Jarosik, but not Hinkel. Mizuno will be in Celtic due to the JP patch.
