Disappearing Cursor

one of my friends is having problems with her computer, the cursor keeps disappearing but re-appearing for a few minutes then disappearing again, she doesn't know whats made it start doing this or anything though so i cant give alot of details. but has anybody had this problem or knows how to sort it?

Which cursor do you mean? Mouse or the one visible when you type something?
Did you/she check mouse/cursor settings in the Windows System Settings?

I never heard of this problem before. It´s really strange.

if it´s the mouse cursor I found sth on the internet. Hope it helps.

hold both the Ctrl and Alt keys and press the Delete key. That should bring up the Windows task manager. You may see a program that is “not responding.” Pressing the Delete key should kill it and give you back control of Windows.

u have the curse of the curser,,a problem usually confined to native american indians ,if u watch johnwayne movies he has the answer ,

That's odd, my cursor goes, then comes back then goes again, every .5 of a second.
