It was around the £1m mark as Dhanii Ghirl says.

He's set his marker down straight away here by offloading some dead wood.

Good riddance to both

Personally i have never really rated jvoh as a player so wont be sorry to see him go. My big regret with Hartley was that we signed him from hearts where he was an attacking midfielder who made & scored goals and played him as a holding player or stp gap left back but i think Mowbray has made the correct call regards both players.

I agree with both players going but i think someone thats given a club a few years of his career like Jan has then he should at least be told by the manager why he is being let go, bad season or not, new manager or not. Good luck to him if he goes to PSV or wherever he ends up.

Fortune has the attributes to be a very decent striker no doubt, (BUT) he isn't that player yet. His goal scoring record isn't great and if he were that good why was he sent out on loan from a moderate french side?, and a side who were bottom of the EPL signed him?

I would like us to take the chance and hope he can fulfill his potential with us, but don't be fooled for a moment into thinking we are getting a top striker. He is similar to 'Darcheville', only a bit leaner.
