what position should we spend big money on ?
Dr John has promised big money in the summer so what posistion should we spend a good deal of the cash on. for me it's a striker who can grab goals in euroupe on a regular basis and show up 4 big games.

without doubt a striker but if naka does go we will also need a midfield maestro who can see that defence splitting pass before anyone else and those my friends are hard to come by and cost a shed load of cash.
unless you can unearth a gem in the lubo mould

striker for one simple reason - its the one position where we do not even have anyone that good coming through. All the other positions there are options. I have a good feeling Naka will stay for another crack at the CL if we win the SPL. He must know its probably his last chance next season.

everyone keeps saying they hope naka stays for the cl but in all honesty has he ever done it in the big games.i accept the free kick against man u the long range goal against the huns but is that enough over a three year period?

We will never spend lots of money we haven't got. That's what some of our major banking institutions did and we know what happened to them.
"We won't run Celtic in a risky fashion. It's not possible for us to work like the clubs down south who could have millions of pounds a year coming into their coffers.
"What comes in will continue to be reinvested in the club. We will spend to win and we want to win four in a row

Where did he say that?
People should read articles properly

absolutely is striker, big jan has lost his best form since recovering, samaras is unstable this season, and McDonald is actually worse than last year,so striker is the most important question

possibly the worst post i read in nearly a year
naka has hit TWO FKs against united - the goal against the huns and the goal that won us the league two years ago and literally dozens of other crucial goals- and as for "doing it in big ties" - if you think this is only done by scoring then your way off - eg he done it on sunday with another top quality free kik put straight onto odeas head - by far our best with player under WGS and the one with the genuine passing ability that has and will tore open oppositions
will be a huge gap in our squad without naka - to but this type of player and ability will be 20m plus

It has got to be the striker option that we need first and foremost but now we really have to sign a left back aswell at the moment

Naka will stay for another year - I've voted for Left Back, we need to sort that one out! We need to get another good striker to put pressure on VoH and Sammy
