Depends, on times in the past in Manchester, there's been IRA Chants etc, in a city which was bombed by the IRA.
all depends what away fans turn up for us.

Not many MU fans are local these days they will all be heading back to Surrey after the game lol, Nah I dont think there will be any trouble because we will all want to show the Mancunians how different we are to the Rangers fans.

IRA chanting would be rather naïve.

Man U hate us, with a passion. And the last time their was a fight after the game, near the community centre. So I doubt we will get red carpet treatment.

Went into a Wetherspoons in Glasgow city centre before we played the Mancs 2 years ago. There must have been at least 300 of the Mancs MIB firm in the place & not one under the age of 30. Hadnt seen a crew like it since the 80's. Wasn't any real trouble as such but the atmosphere was pretty fuckin intimidating. Coppers came in, shut the pub, & moved the Mancs on at about 5pm. Went to the Gallowgate for a beer before kick-off & was told there had been bother there earlier on. The Football Intelligence Unit were filming people all over the place before the game & seemed pretty much on top & stopping anything major from kicking-off. Can see it all being the same again tbh. To the Mancs firm, we're just another team & another set of fans to try & turn over.

I think it would be niave to expect a Roy Keane testimonial style occasion. The people here are still fucking fuming about May and like it or not, the Celtic support are considered part of the 'old firm'.
I suggest that you dont hang around the piccadilly area all day getting pissed, and definetley dont go drinking there at night. Thats when shit starts kicking off.
I recommed going to Levenshulme. Its a rough-ish little area which is bordered by Longsight (where there are a couple of shootings a week) but it is considered the 'irish area' and has a few good bars and a lot of celtic fans. This is where fans will be most welcome and I reckon it would turn into quite a good party if a lot of people went there.
Anyway if anyones got any questions about a certain area or whatever let a brother know IM HERE TO HELP, IM THE AMBASSADOR!!!
