Not sure if I'm going to book my own flights or do one of the Thomas Cook packages. Any suggestions?

No sure, but for the Denmark match, you would have a better chance of getting a ticket in the home end imo.
there will be lots of celtic fans in the home end probably, but you'd have a better chance of getting one.

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE USEFUL INFO:
Just pmed MattMcG with same.
Alicante 1and a half hr drive, same on train, to Valencia, Villarreal is another hour, maybe 40 minutes.
Valencia airport is very handy with good links to city centre where yu can get train to Villarreal.
Murcia is a wee bit further away (where i live,) add on an extra 90 mins from there.
Don't know if you're training or bussing or hiring car. If you hire a car take the toll motorway along the coast, called A-7. worth the cost.
I don't recommend Malaga, Seville or down that way as travel becomes more copmplicated, adding many hours and lotsa hassle, even if you hire a car.
Stick to Valencia, alicante, Murcia in that order if possible. Not sure about Barcelona but I'd say it's a longish journey too. ANd Girona's nearly in France.
ANy more queries, pm me or post it here.
