Dick Advocaat claims Celtic and Rangers tried to join the English League's bottom tier at the start of the decade.
It was never going to happen for the reason's Advocaat says, we would puts English clubs out of money by taking high positions in league tables so they dont want us near them.
It will never happen anyways with the disbanding of G14 and Platini's plan's for European Football.
