Porto blast Celtic star Scott Brown after friendly bust-up - The Daily Record

brown is a bit of a nutter but i think we need that kind of fight in the team to stay motivated just hope he can start preforming to his potential and taking control of the midfield. the stare he gave the boy from porto was priceless hope to see a replay of it

I think he could bottle it a little more in league games, but I really like to see it in the "big" (derby/CL) matches.

i saw it on the YouTube vid of the goal. i thought the Celtic crowd were just out of shot.

however, since the Record have said he did this infront of the Porto crowd makes me smile. they're are complaining? i don't think they are in any position to complain. they cheated there way to the UEFA cup and they should of been chucked out of the CL this year for being found cheating in their domestic league.

if Porto stop cheating, maybe i could take them seriously.

thought brown was brilliant in the second ,he showed flair , good defending ,good attacking and arrogance ,with his troubles behind him im sure this season hes going to be the player that will shine and play the way he did before at hibs ,and thats why we bought him

i like scott brown but the only time he pisses me off is when there is only a couple of mins left and the other team have the ball and we need a goal and he just runs up and gives a blatent foul then argues with the ref or the player i know he is passionate but it wastes our time!!!

At times he gets sidetracked with his "hardman" image and forgets what the aim of football is... and did you ever notice that nearly every time last season he got into the opposition box he seemed to just fall over the ball and deck it!! definetly not showed hes worth 4m yet.

At least he didn't learn to be a cheat from K.Thomson.

Like it when Brown gets a bit wound up, usually results in his best performances.

if scott brown could play as well as he "stares" what a player he would be,,

but to remember a guy for the way he stares is saying a lot on how he played

Brown's got plenty of fight, nae doubt about that, and getting wound up does seem to improve his performances.

Especially in the _BIG games!
