Well according to Leone, the huns will play 'ultra-bunker' .

Seriously i can see us grabbing a 1-0 win but we need the first goal, if they score first its over.

We should change from 4-4-2 to 3-5-2 for the old firm game.

...................Boruc
......Caldwell..Balde....Mick
Hinkel..........Hartley.........Naylor
......Naka/Robson.......Mcgeady
.................Samaras
..................Skippy

We should use this formation it would be a surprise to the Huns and I think it would be too much for them to handle. In essence we would be attacking with 7 at times during the game if you count the wing backs getting forward. I think the passing and movement of Aiden, Naka/Robson, Samaras and Skippy would be too much for the Huns to handle especially with the overlapping wing backs stretching the Huns.

Defensively the extra CB and Hartley disciplined in sitting in front with the added protection of our wing backs would be more than enough to protect Artur.

Play this way and we would teach these scum a lesson.

Agree. That or today's system, the best part is that Naka is in the middle. Naka was excellent with the instructions he had been given for today's match.

mate your fantasy world of team tactics is of no relevence really is it ? i mean come on ,it aint going to happen but i bet you'd love to argue it all out eh..

Maybe try it on footballManager2008 or maybe ,just maybe get with the real deal and accept that it will be a 4-4-2 and involving the usuall players & certainly not balde ffs

Aye I think if both Naka and Aiden were given licence to roam then this would create more movement and intern more space for our full/wingbacks to get forward. Also playing three ball players in behind a striker would cause the Hun Cb’s some doubt as do they press the ball and risk one of the three running into the gap left or do they sit deep and put their backline under pressure.

Same team that started today will start on Wednesday almost certainly. First goal is all important if we get it we'll win, if they get it it'll be a score draw if anything!

Nah no arguments mate. Just think this would be a decent set up to play the Hun.

However your fantasy part is true as WGS will not deviate from 4-4-2 and he will not start Balde. Unfortunately though his 4-4-2 formation has been tried and tested with negative results thus far against the Hun. Do you not think we should be looking to try something different?

"Maybe try it on footballManager2008 " By the way it works like a charm.

P.S Hammer you are right the 1st goal in these games are so important and I am sure we will get it this time.

Believe me, our players will be more flabbergasted than the Huns should we play with that formation...

Aye give the talented creatives some space, and since Gers will definitely play one striker, why to use a 4-man back line?
