that is balls, it would be a good match but were tommy burns sides doing so well in europe beating milans, and man utds no way. we have 2 good sides on paper here

and i would have hartley and cadete in the side

Really it doesn't matter what side is or looks better on paper. Fact is Strachan's team has won 4 trophies and had 2 respectable runs in Europe. Burns' side won 1 cup and were a joke in Europe.

maybe we should compare the rangers side burns was up against with the one WGS has been facing? WGS would have won fuck all against a team with gazza, albertz and laudrup, he's fucking struggling against cousin and darcheville ffs. we did fuck all in europe under TB but we were in an absolute state when he took over whereas WGS took over after one of our best spells in recent times and inherited a pretty good team

But Boruc > x10 the difference between them.

mac manus better than stubbs?????? no chance, absolutely no chance. stubbsy was a class defender whose passing from the back was amazing, a better defender and leader than mick IMAO. think mick is over rated and not a good captain either

i agree totally

you have to look at budgets also rangers were outspending us big time then and look at things now, we have been spending big money

no excuses in europe for tommy boy though, should have done much better

Burns' team would fuck Strachan's team any day of the week. Just down to better quality of players and players that put the hard graft in, which the current Celtic doesnt seem to be doing.
