If it happens is this good or bad.?

For me I cant decide.
Take that in a minute.

Hopefully we will still be within touching distance. If so then I agree I would take it in a minute.

Although I would like to beat them like last week to put them under intense and imiediate presure.

I would have the 16. 30 games would help in a lot of ways. We always looked jaded after CL games at the moment so we could have a weekend off with more midweek space with less league games of course.

The OF games would become exciting again and be a complete one-off league home and away make or break game. I would be well up for that.

Having 16 teams would also benefit other teams in the SPL both taking pressure off your Kilmarnock types but enhancing the top teams chances of closing the gap (a bit anyway) by playing less games against the OF and more against lesser sides.

The revenue would be a concern but in a way it would be good for Scotland as more players each season will get experience from playing at Scotland's top level.

I'm getting carried away but this idea excites me more than the dross we watch every other week (10 teams would be worse). Think how many goals Scott McDonald or Celtic in General would score in a league like this. It does no harm for the EPL either having just watched the gap between Man U and Newcastle.

Oh by the way none of this 1 team down rubbish. Get 3 going down.

Morton have the support but not the stadium. Dunfermline, St Johnstone, Partick, Dundee, Livingston, Clyde, Hamilton and Airdrie all meet the criteria. I would scrap the all seated thing as well. Maybe have 3000 seats and some standing area (safe capacity of course)
