man utd and celtic have an alliance "they use celtic for testimonials"

why do they do that ,because they are gaurenteed at least 10,000 fans making the journey

liverpool and newcastle have jumped on the bandwagon too

The link with Barcelona is not really a brotherhood as such. The St.Pauli link is a real bond between the supporters of both clubs. You even see St.Pauli fans at Celtic's champions League games in Europe. They spend their hard earned cash to follow us. Now that is a brotherhood.

celtic had a true partnership with belfast celtic from belfast ,belfast celtic was a what you would call now a feederclub ,belfast celtic was also for the irish celtic fans who couldent afford the trip to glasgow,
things were going well un till the proddies dident like the sucess of the club they wasted it by invading the pitch and crushing the celtic center forwards leg ,the big forward was targeted singledout and chased through the stands un till some 1 crushed his leg by jumping on him
intencially

and belfast celtic also beat a good scotland team while on tour in austraila

but the belfast celtic were doomed from the start ,but atleast they tried

Liverpool is a funny one, in modern times there deffinitely a link with us but historically the Reds were the Proddy team on Merseyside but that was 100 years ago and does not seem to have stood the test of time, it all started with the founder of Liverpool who was a Unionist Lord Mayor of the City, but in modern times Liverpool seem to draw their support from "Prods and tims" in equal measure!

Ye St.Pauli is a major one...

Celtic fans tend to also have links with Liverpool, Barcelona and Villareal...

I also seem to remember a Palestinian team that were invited to CP..and got a mighty cheer at half-time a few seasons back...
