dont u think that maldini (if we could get him) would teach mick odea kennedy so much about the game .that a 1 year contract would be amazing.
only think that with his experience and past history with our club that it could be feesible?

Hmm I thought I would think of a lot but I can only think of a few, and they're mainly from the Prem as that is what I mainly watch along with La Liga.
Samba - Balde-esque and young but Blackburn will be reluctant to sell
Djourou - From Arsenal but really young and inexperienced
Melberg - Prob Juventus bound
Which for me leaves J.Collins of West Ham and P.Scharner of Wigan as two gd CB's we can go for. To be honest though I'm sure there's some better quality CB's in Europe which hopefully will get spotted by our scouts, someone like Vidic would be exactly what we need.

Collins is a decent shout.Scharner never plays at CB thought does he?Right wing most of the time.I'd rather a specialised CB than a jack-of-all-trades like Scharner

To be honest Scharner players a different position everytime I see him so I couldn't really say what his real position is although Sky have him down as a defender.

How old is Senderos? Any time I`ve seen him he`s been shite. Caught ball watchin alot and prone to sendings off and poor decisions. This was a year or 2 ago mind you so if he`s just turned 20 it wouldn`t seem so bad but I`ve never been impressed with him.

Mark Reiper. He is the best I can remember but we would need a time machine.
