He wanted to join Rangers because Celtic hadn't showed an interest in him.
Obviously he would want to move away from Motherwell and if a big club come in for you, you will go no matter who.

Like many others I agree the wee guy was just doing his job and if it hadn't been him it would likely have been someone else who scored against us.....we were obviously no great shakes.
I like him and I have a feeling that by the time he's finished we will all love him. I don't care who he supported as a boy because once he pulled on the hoops his life changed irreversibley. For such a little guy he's brave and he plays with the sort of passion and commitment that we all want to see from a true Celt.....it's even possible that he may go on to become a legendary goal scorer for us.
He has commited himself to us and we should reciprocate.....let the love affair begin
