Is it just me or is there not just a funny...uneasy you know ....a something just aint right feeling about our club?
For 1....look a wgs's reaction to the sky pundit questioning him about goings on within the club???
i mean....im not the greatest fan of the 'tabloid' media but a 'sky' pundit that was absolutely shocking.
2.. the riordan fiasco.....we were not scoring wee man dubbed as 'the best finisher at the club' overlooked???
3.. decent players...petrov,sutton,thompson,agathe,maloney and probably gravesen all leaving with dignity and not speaking out against the club?? why??? what is the problem???????
4..performances of late....not convincing at all!
5..recent signings....pressley? hartley? macdonald? none are in the 'class' bracket as the ones whom have left!
6..alot of strachans signings??...gravesen,jarosik big earners dropped for not performing in strachans eyes??but he fuckin signed them!!virgo camara dombe?? waste of bloody money!i mean....of all the signings he has made...how many (in your opinion) are 'celtic class'? 4 maybe 5?

now i know that some folk are gonna get right in about me calling this pish or me a moaning bastard...but let me say one thing...its my opinion.
yeah ill be a CP week in and out,i will also celebrate big time!i will stay till the final whistle(no matter what),i will renew my season ticket,i will support my team through thick and thin, i wont fkn boo as a minority did when the league flag was unfurelled a few years past...
but i just cant get rid of this feeling that summit aint quite right??
that we are taking our 'dominant' status for granted allowing the great unwashed time to 'creep' back up again.

basically agree with you. i have a problem with strachan, leaving the 'entertainment' value out of it the now. i don't like his tactics, and some of the players he plays. we have signed a guy from real madrid and we don't play him, (must be embarrassing for tommy). the insistance to play lennon gets me wondering as well. the guy is obviously past it and the only reason celtic fans give for playing him, is non-footballing ones, such as 'hes a celtic man'
also the signings are not the greatest. hartely, pressley, mcdonald in my opinion are not good enough. whats going to happen to these players in the champions league?
and as for doumbé, why did he buy him if he had no intention of giving him a shot?

I'm not about to defend WGS but I know that managers buy players who do not always turn out as they hoped, all the best have done this - Veron at Man Ure big money waste of space.
Look at whats happened at Hibs lately with Collins saying that he now knows who he can trust. We don't always know all the details if a guy was undermining me as manager & he was a great player, but wouldn't do as I told him - then I would drop the fucker, as the one bad apple can spread rot throughout the team.

I know that Naka, Wilson, McManus, Boruc, JVoH, Naylor, McGeady & O'Dea are better for our club & football team now that WGS has brought them into the 1st team.
He's restructured the scouting & training schedules & also reserve & U19 coaching.
How much input into Lennoxtown (if any) did WGS have?
I feel we as a club are in a better position from the time WGS arrived here, that to me will be his testiment & all that we can really ask from a manager (especially in the fucked up wee world of the Old Firm Goldfish bowl).

that is pish and yer a moany bastard lols only jkin. a lot of the players who left were over the hill except the evil dwarf and petrov riordan got his chance on saturday, but he was average at best like most of the rest of the team, but i expect to play for the run in and impress
pressley was just signed for experience, hartley is good but i dont think he will play any better along lenny, wee mcdonald might not be class but i'm sure celtic will sign a few rite good players, and wee skippy will just be back up. jarosik may be a big earner but hes not proved his worth, i couldnt give a shit if ronaldo came to celtic park and was on big wages, it still wood be the same if he didnt perform, there has obv been a personality clash between wgs and tommy g, shit happens, and sure we'll find an adequate replacement. as for virgo and camara, they were about as rare as sheidt . naka, boruc, naylor, last seasons zurawski and jvoh are celtic class
