My mate is a friend of a Manchester United reserve/youth player Daniel Galbraith from Galahiels, and he went to visit his flat when Adu was at United on his much publicized trial.

Adu stayed next door to him and was by all accounts a very decent bloke, but didn't look any better than their other youngsters and was certainly not worthy of the over-hyping he got in the media.

If a strikers our main target then I say Bellamy is our man. He's came out and said he wanted to come back to Celtic, he was a fantastic player in the time he was here. He is a 'troublemaker' but he was fine when he was here. Appiah for the centre of the park would also be a great acquisition. Sidwell? He'll leave to a premiership club, he wont come to the SPL when he can stay in the EPL and gain more £££.

i'd just like a quality defense first off thats the first block to make solid spend all the money on that will help the poor away form in UCL and nxt season address the attacking probs

But in reality we will probably get none of them! GS will have his own targets already and most likely they will unknowns!

i dont think celtic will lay out any fees....reckon most will be free transfers or a couple of £1-2 milion players.
most of the budget will be spent on wages so riquelme,bellamy...no chance!
