Celtic are really making progress in terms of football & debt reduction, we should be able to turn a profit fairly soon - we;ve brought in a better squad, dropped wages & made some money - Petrov, Pearo, Maloney - more or less paid for Graveson, Jarosik, JVoH, Hartley & Brown.
Others like Pressley, Miller & Caldwell were freebies.
WGS & Lawell are bringing the club success & recognition - we're the invited opposition to the MLS Allstars next season & have another Asian tour lined up.
If the Sky Tv bubble bursts, a lot of English clubs are in the shit. If Italian football has another violent episode then they can no longer avoid a lengthy ban from UEFA.
That would leave us as one of the biggest, financially secure, world wide known, punches above our weight football clubs in world football.
Add to that Lennox Town, Tommy Burns/John clarke & you have the makings of something very big, very exciting, very sustainable & very real.
So, yes I think we can win the CL - but maybe in the next 5 years or so, look what Porto did, Ajax etc...
