Another title for Kilkenny that 9 titles in the last 10 years, The other counties in Leinster seem to be at a standstill over the last 10 years or so , Wexford is the 2nd best county in Leinster and were miles behind today. Hopefully Dublin can keep on improving over the next 2 years and challenge for honours...
