another guy i would love to see us go for is Sol Campbell as i think he'd be ideal however money would maybe be a problem so maybe not to realistic. i know they get a shit load more tv money than us but god it's a sad day when a club as huge as ours can't compete with Portsmouth.  |
I heard that Juve was interested in both of them. If I am wrong I stand corected. However Laursen is no spring chicken and it would not be a long term option. Maybe 1 or 2 seasons. As for Sol campbell he would be ideal but I think hes on silly money a pompy It always helps to have a rich russian owner with a bottomless pocket..
